Scale Owners

Launch

We build the whole store, and everything it needs to sell.

A custom website built for this category from the first line of copy, plus the suppliers behind it and payment processing that will actually approve you. Most brands here get built like any other store, then find out they can't run ads to it. We build it the other way round.

What's included

A store you own, built so it can actually advertise.

Your website

A custom store, designed and built by us. Product pages, cart and checkout, fast on a phone, and every line of copy written to the standard that clears review in this category. Not a template with your logo on it. Built with protection so review systems can't read your product pages — the single biggest difference between a store that can advertise and one that can't. Measurement set up and tested before you spend a dollar.

Payment processing

The part most people hit a wall on. Most processors decline this category outright. We know which ones approve and how the application needs to read. High-risk rates apply. We'll be upfront about that before you start.

Suppliers

Sourcing through relationships we already use. You get introductions, not a list.

First campaigns

A clean landing page, campaigns pointed at buyers rather than clicks, and audiences building from day one. Ad management continues under the paid media service.

Fulfilment is handled case by case. Many brands ship from their own space at the start and move to a 3PL later. We'll say plainly what we cover before you commit.

Who does what

You own it. We run it.

Sequence

How a launch runs.

  1. Application and fit call

What you're selling, where you are, what you have already. We tell you honestly whether a launch makes sense.

  2. Processing first

Nothing else gets built until a processor is approved. Building a store you can't take money on is the most common wasted month in this category.

  3. We build the site

Store designed and built, product sourced, every page written to the compliance standard, measurement installed and tested before launch.

  4. Launch and first spend

Campaigns go live on a clean landing page. We watch the first two weeks closely, because that is when most people panic and switch things off too early.

Questions

Before you apply.

How long does a launch take?

The store itself is one to two weeks. Payment processing runs alongside and depends on the processor, so being able to take money can land a little after the site is ready.

What do you need from me to start?

Your brand name and colours if you have them, the look you're going for — sites you've seen and liked are the fastest way to show us — and what you're selling. If processing is included, an LLC. On bigger projects, a deposit before work starts.

Do I own the website?

Yes — the domain, the store, the accounts and the supplier relationships are all yours. We build and operate them; we don't hold them hostage.

Is it a template?

No. It's built for your brand and for this category specifically, which is most of why it can carry ads at all.

What if a processor won't approve me?

Then we stop, and you haven't paid for a store you can't use. That's why processing comes first.

Why can't I just use Stripe or Shopify Payments?

Mainstream processors classify this category as restricted. Accounts get terminated, often with funds held, sometimes on launch day. You need a high-risk processor. Expect a higher transaction fee and a rolling reserve, and expect to apply to more than one. The fee sounds steep until you see it against the margin.

What do I need before applying for processing?

An LLC, a tax ID, a business bank account, and a live site. Processors won't approve an individual, so the LLC is the first thing we ask about.

Will my ads definitely get approved?

Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. We build to the standard that clears review most consistently, and when something is rejected we know what to change.
