Most ads in this category aren't rejected for the ad. They're rejected for the page behind it.
Ad platforms read your landing page before a human ever sees your creative. One line of disclaimer text, one purity figure, one compound name in a URL, and the account takes a policy strike you never get told the real reason for.

What we do
Three ways in, depending on where the brand is.
Launch
For a brand that doesn't exist yet. Supplier sourcing, the store itself, and payment processing that will actually approve you — the part most people hit a wall on. Then we run the first campaigns. Fulfilment is handled case by case. We'll tell you plainly what we do and don't cover before you commit.
Paid media
For a brand that's live but can't get traffic to convert, or can't keep an ad account alive. We take over the account, rebuild the tracking, and run it. Campaign structure, audience building, creative direction, and a landing page that doesn't trip review.
Scale
For a brand already spending that's stopped growing. Usually the cause is structural — the wrong optimisation event, broken attribution, or an audience that's been exhausted for months. We start with a full audit before touching spend. Sometimes the answer is that the account should be rebuilt.
Why us
We learned this on our own account, expensively.
We run a brand in this category. Along the way we've had ads rejected under two entirely separate prohibited-industry policies, worked out what triggered each one, and rebuilt the setup until it cleared.
That's the difference between us and a general performance agency. A generalist will write you good creative and then watch it get rejected for a reason they can't diagnose, because the reason usually isn't in the ad at all.
Things we've watched kill accounts that had nothing to do with creative quality:
- Auto-generated product fields. The platform scrapes your destination page and fills in details you never wrote, including text that puts you in a prohibited category.
- A domain mismatch between pixel and destination. Sales happen, nothing gets attributed, and the algorithm learns nothing from any of it.
- The wrong optimisation event. An account set to chase cheap page views will never find buyers, and the reporting makes it look like the creative failed.
- Compound names in headlines and URLs. One of the most reliable rejection triggers there is, and almost nobody connects it to the rejection notice.
Work with us
Tell us where the brand is stuck.
This is an application, not a contact form. We take on a small number of accounts, because the work is hands-on and this category punishes guesswork.
Every submission gets read. If it's a fit you'll hear from us directly. If it isn't, we'll say so rather than waste your time.
Run the scan first if you haven't. It takes ten seconds and it makes the first conversation far more useful — we'll already know what we're looking at.
